Also found at the State Buildings, Petition is an all-day venue serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On the menu you’ll find the contemporary Australian dishes utilising local, seasonal produce – from market fish to ricotta gnudi, beef fillet tartare, house made sorbet and chocolate from State Building’s neighbour, Sue Lewis Chocolatier.
Wildflower
A fine dining experience in the heart of Perth’s CBD. The menu at Wildflower is centred around the six Noongar seasons, using high-quality native and local produce to create divine, uniquely Western Australian dishes. Furaibo

Fleur

Garum
In Hibernian Hall you’ll discover Garum – a stunning Italian restaurant that uses ancient Roman cooking techniques to create both traditional and modern Italo dishes. If you can’t make it for dinner, there’s Italian Happy Hour from 4:30pm – 6pm on Tuesdays through to Saturdays, with some delicious bar snacks including octopus carpaccio, pork ragu, duck liver parfait, tonnarelli cacio e pepe and more.
Balthazar

Lalla Rookh
Contemporary Italian in the heart of Perth’s CBD, Lalla Rookh is local favourite. Designed to cater to everyone – solo diners, couples, and large social groups – this Perth restaurant serves up some of the best pasta, pizza and Italo dishes in town. We’d recommend choosing their il Capo menu, where you can enjoy six of their seasonal specials in a share-plate style. They also have an in-house wine store, where you can pick up a bottle of the wine you paired with dinner.
