One thing isolation taught us is that the old “5 o’clock somewhere” excuse is no longer required to enjoy a bevvy before the socially accepted hour, and luckily with restrictions lifted our family and friends can join us.

A new dining trend in Perth has grown, that’s not just for the foodies but the booze lovers too. Message your group chats and rally the troupes to enjoy a bottomless brunch this summer with plenty of places to choose from, each offering a different experience. Whether it’s a special occasion or not, this New York style of breakfast dining is not to be slept on. Of course with the word bottomless in the title, it is a guaranteed success.

Tiisch’s Bottomless Brunch

The home of the ‘original’ bottomless brunch in central Perth has aged like a fine wine with stellar reviews and a gleaming reputation.

Their tucked away heritage building features a simple menu starring locally sourced produce which covers the food side of things. For savoury fans, the mushroom gnocchi is a fan favourite but those with a sweet tooth cannot go past their famous Miko matcha pancakes. The December Bottomless Dinner Series offers 2 courses and 90 minutes of free-flowing booze, so you can say goodbye to the hassle of maths equations at the table. With Fridays just released due to popular demand you better get in quick!

The Aviary Festival Brunch

Festival lovers listen up! With border restrictions and isolation, music festivals were put on the backburner. If you’re craving the tunes, friends and fun then look no further than this ‘staycation’ running 11am – 1pm every weekend from November. With rooftops views, flamboyant cocktails and simulated dj sets, you’ll feel like you’re right there in Palm Springs. Of course, we can’t forget the brunch part in which you will find everything from Mexi-bowls and OG chicken waffles to Palm Springs Trifle Jars. The fresh and appropriately named cocktails like the Desert Springs and Feel Good Inc will have you feeling refreshed and ready to rave!

The Globe’s Prosecco Fountain Brunch

The Globe is another CBD bottomless brunch hotspot that runs every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-12pm and is the talk of the town. For just $49 you get a cocktail in hand on arrival, a share grazing board, dessert board and as much Prosecco and spritz as you can down in 2 hours. Known for it’s bubbly atmosphere and ambiance created with fun live music and great service what’s not to love.

Flic’s Kitchen in Mandurah

If you are looking to head out of the city and travel south to Mandurah, Flic’s Kitchen is the way to go. This personality filled restaurant with great reviews and acclaimed service allows you to pick any breakfast dish to enjoy with the main course (the alcohol), for just $45. The sophisticated menu will have you stumped, in a good way, with mouth-watering dishes like citrus cured salmon or the almond and orange hotcakes as a side for your Prosecco or Bloody Mary, choosing what to pick is a mission. The relaxed setting and friendly ambiance is the perfect location for a catch up with friends or family reunion.

The Garden’s Bottomless Brunch in Leederville

The Garden is a laid-back bar in the centre of Leederville with greenery and fairy lights to make you feel transported from the bustling city. From $65 you receive a 3-course meal and choice of endless Prosecco, Ketel One or Botanical cocktails. Another upside is that you can go any time of day, however the two-hour sitting time still applies. If you’re a big wine fan they have a perfect event coming up called the Wine n Dine Summer Edition. For $70 you will receive 4 courses with 4 different wine pairings, featuring a different winery each month. Four different months will be available for booking in 2021, and if you like wine its definitely worth jotting it in the calendar.
