Garum

In Hibernian Hall you’ll discover Garum – a stunning Italian restaurant that uses ancient Roman cooking techniques to create both traditional and modern Italo dishes. With flavour-packed plates designed for sharing, and a fun-focussed drinks menu, this Perth restaurant offers a unique dining experience on St Georges Terrace. It’s a multi-level venue, so head up to the rooftop bar to watch the busy streets as you sip on a spicy mango coconut margarita (or two).

Lalla Rookh

Contemporary Italian in the heart of Perth’s CBD, Lalla Rookh is local favourite. Designed to cater to everyone – solo diners, couples, and large social groups – this Perth restaurant serves up some of the best pasta, pizza and Italo dishes in town. We’d recommend choosing their il Capo menu, where you can enjoy six of their seasonal specials in a share-plate style.
