With a line out the door, the sharing plate menu, headlined by Leigh Powers of The Old Synagogue fame, harkens back to their flagship Fremantle restaurant. Much like Tonic and Ginger’s Asian fusion cuisine success, we’re loving their fresh Feed Me menu for feasting with friends. Make sure not to miss out on their delectable ginger and pork dumplings – crispy and tender, we went back not once, twice but three times for more!

Step upstairs into the urban jungle courtyard with the Beaufort’s Rooftop – enjoy your tropical surroundings with modern rattan chairs, on-trend terrazzo seating, and a larger-than-life jungle mural, while you discuss the latest work gossip.
The Beaufort’s bar has an incredible selection of drinks to choose from, cocktails, wines, gins, and whiskies galore, so you’ll find it incredibly easy to stay for hours. Spread over all three levels, it’s perfect to hit up friends for drinks, or a smooth date night, with the intimacy of the rooftop candy bar, overlooking Beaufort’s nightlife.

Named after The Beaufort Cypher, a means of encryption invented by Sir Francis Beaufort, this quirky cocktail bar has a crazy selection of stunning cocktails on offer, from Cypher signature choices to your classics – sure to please everyone’s palate! We think the Astor’s butter popcorn whisky is delicious, and make sure to check out the Cyrillic projector on your way in!
