In November this year, Nesuto Curtin hotel will open its doors for guests such as family members, including visiting academics and industry professionals.

This is the tenth property in the Australian Nesuto portfolio. The Curtin hotel joins the likes of Nesuto Mounts Bay Perth Hotel and the Geraldton Apartment Hotel in WA.
Located a 15 minute drive away from Perth CBD, Nesuto Curtin is located in the new Exchange precinct at Perth’s Curtin University’s $300M campus development in Bentley.
Set amongst 116 hectares of meticulously landscaped gardens, with bold architecture throughout and a vibrant, multicultural atmosphere, the location really speaks to Perth’s cultural scene.
The Curtin University campus has undergone major changes in the last decade, with introductions of a variety of new modern buildings immersed with the original 1960s architecture.
The architects of the project, Six Degrees Architects, are drawing on their extensive experience in hotel design. The five-storey hotel includes flexible conference spacing and a modern rooftop terrace available for private events, making it an ideal base space for both business and leisure guests. Additionally, all guests will have the option to enjoy the onsite breakfast lounge, no matter if they are staying for business or pleasure!
The 60 rooms include 50 superior rooms (31m squared), five accessible superior rooms (38m squared) with interconnecting rooms for carers if necessary, and five two-bedroom suites (85m squared). Guests will also have many appliances at their disposable as each suite features a bath, shower, microwave and toaster. All rooms have private balconies and are decorated with Indigenous-inspired soft furnishings featuring contemporary Aboriginal art by local WA artist Jimmy Pike, manufactured by Warwick Fabrics.
