Sculpture by the Sea, Cottesloe is  part of the largest free public sculpture exhibitions in the world and is staged on the beautiful Cottesloe Beach, Western Australia. The exhibition is featured from the sea wall, all the way along the sand towards North Cottesloe and on the surrounding grassed areas creating a beautiful sculpture park. Access to Cottesloe Beach can be made from the ramps or stairs at different locations along Marine Parade.
 
Prepare for a great day full of sand, sun and sculpture – finishing with a stunning sunset!

Djindoon Djenung: An Evening Of Dreamtime Stories & Stargazing

Yagan Square will be hosting the ultimate evening of Dreamtime storytelling and stargazing . Experience a Welcome to Country, hear Noongar-Bibbulmun Dreamtime stories passed down through countless generations, and tales of post-colonial life in Perth. 

You will also enjoy traditional dance and songs with Djoogan Keeninyirra. The evening concludes with a Smoking Ceremony, said to bring healing and connection to country.

Dunsborough Arts Festival

The annual Dunsborough Arts Festival is 23 in 2023.

Starting from a small half day event in 2001 it has grown into a huge celebration of arts and culture. After last year’s slimmed down Covid version, we hope to be back to normal. There will be local music at the evening concerts on Sunday and an art market on Sunday.

This year there will be more food vans than ever across the concerts and all day Sunday, and don’t forget to bring your blankets and rugs to keep warm!
