Ballers Bar in Fremantle is the latest and greatest for any sporting enthusiast, craft beer drinker, burger lover or fun-loving individual. It’s fair to say there’s something for everyone here.

Ballers Freo Fremantle

Self-proclaimed as a ‘fresh take on the American sports bar’ there is a whole lot of consideration from the owner and venue manager that will make Ballers Bar a locals’ favourite and a destination spot for non-locals alike.

The Ballers team care about delivering a premium food and beverage offering; just take one look at their craft beer fridge and prepare to be spoilt for choice!

The attention to detail doesn’t stop there. From March 5 and running every weekend afterwards, you can enjoy the ‘burger flight’ at Ballers. Three lip-smacking sliders with three top-notch beers to match, served on a cricket bat. After consuming the very first of the Ballers flights, I can attest that this is one not to miss. The karaage chicken and Nashville hot chicken sliders were standouts for me – but if you are a more classical burger eater, you won’t be disappointed by their cheeseburger. Other sports bar favourites like loaded fries and wings are equally as delicious. Don’t fret if you are a health conscious individual – the menu features a handful of healthier and non-boring food options too.

Let’s not forget the main event – the sport. There are screens anywhere you cast your eye and even the booths feature a TV at the table with the option to change the channel and watch your desired game. This is a great option if you are heading down with a group and is the perfect spot to while away a day or afternoon.

If you like to be closer to the buzz, look for the grandstand at the back of the venue where you can park up and rub shoulders with new found friends, or enemies, of course depending on which team they support.

Ballers has taken the concept of a sports bar and flipped it on its head, with obvious regard for the entire experience. Head down for a drink, some food and a game to see for yourself.
