Returning for its second year, Shore Leave Festival is the ultimate seafood festival, celebrating culture, food and a healthy dose of adventure.

The four-day event will be taking place 420 kilometres north of Perth, in Geraldton, the windsurfing capital of Australia.

The festival nods to the rich maritime history of the Midwest region and takes its name from the concept traditionally used to describe the leisure time or time spent ashore for naval workers.
