Varsity Morley launched their new Backyard space with a bang! Country line dancing, a live band, DJ and delicious food were just some of the things on offer at their launch.
With a food truck parked out in the Backyard, expect get a delicious feed from their rotating menu of American goodness. Mac’n’cheese, corn on the cob, burgers and mouth-watering Texan-style meat are a plenty and ready for hungry bellies! And get yourself a nice cold beer (or soft drink for the kids of course) to wash it all down; It makes for an ideal afternoon out in the sunshine.
And if you’re going with mates, the Backyard is open ‘til late on Friday and Saturday night so you’re able to party the night away.
Located across from Galleria Shopping Centre, it’s an easy location to meet with friends and bring the whole family along. Also, if you’re looking to watch your favourite sport, head inside to the main kitchen and bar to watch on the big screen.

Open: 11am-10pm Sunday to Thursday, 11am-‘til late Friday and Saturday.
The Food Truck menu is open for lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
