There is absolutely nothing more unappealing to me than heading to the gym. Being surrounded by muscled up men and incredibly fit women using complex machines is overwhelming, especially as a beginner! So whether you are looking to change up your fitness routine, or just genuinely despise the gym, here are a few out of the box ideas to improve your fitness and health.
