These class are designed for teenagers 13-17 years old. We will use handstands and body weight strength to help improve their co-ordination, confidence and understanding of movement.
These classes are a great way to form a healthy relationship with exercise and improve physical capacities.
Classes are every Tuesday and Friday through January at 4pm (Except for the Australia Day Public Holiday)
