Jerry Fraser ‘The King of Oysters’, Alejandro Saravia along with the team from UMA Perth are bringing you all the ‘deliciousness’ of freshly shucked oysters alongside a mouth-watering selection of Uma ceviche favourites featuring Shark Bay fish and Albrolhos Island prawns paired with Campari Australia and Moët & Chandon Champagne.
Enjoy a half dozen oysters for $22 or a full dozen for $36, Jerry will be shucking both Rock and Pacific oysters, yay!
The specially curated ceviche menu features all the stunning flavours of Peru we know and love from enjoying dinners at Uma and you are able to savour both oyster and ceviche with the mix and match option from $25 for 3 oysters and 1 ceviche.
An evening out is not complete without incredible drinks and Campari have come to the party with expertly made negronis, spritz’ and of course our famous Pisco Sours.
Perfect for an almost weekend catch up, a night out with the girls, date night or just because oysters and ceviche are delicious!
Bookings are recommended but not essential.
Every Thursday, 4pm until 10pm at Bar Uma in Pan Pacific Perth.
