Acro Dance –
Every Monday with Samantha Smith:
Explore how acrobatic forms and skills can be transformed into a high intensity movement form. Dive, leap, jump, transition all of your acrobatic knowledge into this new skills class with Samantha Smith, who is a highly acclaimed Acrobat and Acro Dance trainer.
*Requires prior acro/gymnastics and/or dance experience.
Contortion Acro Fun –
On Wednesdays with Sarah Healy:
Learn how to flex and contort your body with control, strength and stamina, while also having lots of fun! This is a great introduction for young, bendy kids who want to build up their strength and confidence while achieving extreme flexibility.
Acro Conditioning –
Wednesday evenings with Sarah Healy:
This is the perfect class to build the strength and skills needed for further acrobatic training. In this class, you will participate in a mixture of floor based exercises which will build your strength and stamina. This is class is great for those looking to go into an acrobatic program as well as anyone looking for a full body conditioning class.
