This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Silent Domestic Violence Memorial March. The march is held each year to commemorate and honour the lives of those who have died in the last year through family and domestic violence related incidents.
Join the hundreds of people who will gather on Friday 27 November, from 10am in Supreme Court Gardens, corner Barrack Street and Riverside Drive. There will be market stalls from 10am, free morning tea from 10.30am, and the Silent March through the City of Perth (returning to Supreme Court Gardens) will start at 12noon.
It is through a collective awareness that we can hope to bring about change, and we must, because one death is too many!
